V\u00fdroba pre klinick\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161anie (CTM) je \u0161pecializovan\u00e1 forma farmaceutickej v\u00fdroby zameran\u00e1 na dod\u00e1vanie liekov na pou\u017eitie v kontrolovanom klinickom v\u00fdskume. Na rozdiel od ve\u013ekoobjemovej komer\u010dnej v\u00fdroby si CTM vy\u017eaduje v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fa flexibilitu, presnos\u0165 a dokument\u00e1ciu, preto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0161ar\u017ea mus\u00ed by\u0165 v s\u00falade so \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi protokolmi \u0161t\u00fadie a pr\u00edsnymi regula\u010dn\u00fdmi normami.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Projekty CTM v sebe prirodzene zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa mno\u017estvo premenn\u00fdch a musia by\u0165 synchronizovan\u00e9 s harmonogramom vykon\u00e1vanej klinickej \u0161t\u00fadie. Ak\u00e9ko\u013evek oneskorenie alebo odch\u00fdlka vo v\u00fdrobe alebo dod\u00e1vke materi\u00e1lov pre klinick\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161anie m\u00f4\u017ee ohrozi\u0165 \u00faspech sk\u00fa\u0161ania.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Skratka CTM sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva aj na ozna\u010denie materi\u00e1lov pre klinick\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161anie (Clinical Trial Materials). Tieto zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa akt\u00edvne farmaceutick\u00e9 zlo\u017eky aj hotov\u00e9 lieky ur\u010den\u00e9 na klinick\u00e9 pou\u017eitie.
