Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Nálepku 637/2 082 71 Lipany Slovak Republik, Company ID: 46147594 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), wishes to process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) for the following purposes:

Your personal data will not be disclosed, except in cases required by law or upon the decision of a court or other public authority.
