Production and Quality Control
MediPharm a.s. conducts production and quality control in state-of-the-art clean rooms, following the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Our production processes, as well as support systems for purified water, air-conditioning, clean rooms, and sanitation, are meticulously validated according to current GMP requirements. All production operations take place in controlled clean rooms, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality.
Contract Manufacturing Services
As part of our services, we offer contract manufacturing of final dosage forms for human use. Our production facilities and equipment adhere to the "Good Manufacturing Practice in the European Community" standards. The clean rooms are classified as A / B, A / C, C, and D, in full compliance with GMP rules. Regular external and internal staff validations ensure the efficiency and reliability of our production and operations. We undergo regular inspections from the State Control Authority - the State Institute for Drug Control, as well as foreign control authorities. Furthermore, our production is subject to frequent audits by our esteemed contractual partners.
State-of-the-Art Production Capacities
MediPharm a.s. is equipped with contemporary and advanced machinery, allowing us to produce dry injections in 10-20 ml vials sealed with a sterile rubber stopper and an aluminum cap (flip-off). Additionally, we excel in the production of liquid injections and infusions, aseptically filled in 2-100 ml portions, as well as liquid infusions terminally sterilized with a volume of 50-300 ml.
